Skyler South Surrey opened in the Winter of 2007. This 2000 square foot space was built specially for Skyler and has unique features that are exclusive to the Skyler brand.

HOW DOES IT FIT?
The fitting area is open and inviting. There are five extra large rooms with wide benches and multiple hooks making it easy to try on multiple items. The mirrors are full length and all of the lighting is indirect. The children’s area has tons of fun books and knick knacks as well as a pretty princess toy kitchen for all those junior chefs. The couch in the center of the fitting area is very comfortable and provides a perfect viewing stage for all shopping companions.

WHERE'S ALL THE RAIN?
Vancouver and the surrounding areas get a bad wrap for too much rain. To help with the winter blues Skyler creates a sunny day every day within the South Surrey location. In the center of the store is a large 16 foot ceiling dome with a beautiful Sky mural painted on it. Wanna know a secret? This painting was hand painted by Skyler's Designer Sky Marcano! Sky painted the Sky, how very fitting. The sun always shines at Skyler even on the dreariest of days.

HOW DOES IT FEEL?
The dark oak floors flow throughout the entire space. The plasma screen behind the cash desk has a slideshow profiling the company through images and quotes that apply to the Skyler brand. This not only provides a constantly changing poster but it also gives line uppers an opportunity to learn more about Skyler as they wait for their purchases to be rung in. The lighting through the store is soft and inviting. The music is loud enough that lone shoppers can get lost in their thoughts but quiet enough that pairs can have a conversation without feeling like they have to shout.

WHY SOUTH SURREY?
South Surrey is quickly becoming a shopping haven located only 35 minutes south of Vancouver. Lying on the border of White Rock, South Surrey draws people from all over the Fraser Valley. This store location is shared with many other great retailers in a brand new development called the Boulevard attached to South Pointe. Go for lunch at the Cactus Club on their outdoor patio, grab a beautiful vase at Urban Barn, pick up a book for your nieces birthday at Kids Books and then head into Skyler for all your fashionable comfort needs. 75% of the stores in the Boulevard are Canadian owned making this a must visit destination complex.
